Idiosynkratische Vorlieben zwischen Tafelbild, Mitternachtsquadrille, Kammermusik und Lustspiel weichen partizipativen Nerds night outs - bevor die Arty Party im Bermudadreieck untergeht.

Ohne die Pixies wäre vielleicht nicht alles ganz anders gekommen, aber es wäre ganz bestimmt nicht so gut gewesen. Und wenn anderswo ganze Institutionen des Nachtlebens nach ihren Songs benannt werden, können wir der Band, die so vieles zum Besseren gewandelt hat, auch einen Abend schenken. Oh My Gala!

A Thousand Fuegos, Crystal Soda Cream, Brain Managerz und Monsterheart bringen dem andalusischen Affen ihre Opfergaben auf dem Verzerrerpedal dar, und wenn sich dann auch noch Picksüß unter jenen Bands einreihen, die es ohne die Pixies nie gegeben hätte, sollten wir die Gelegenheit nutzen, um ein wenig zu moshen. Danach feiert das Hommage-DJ-Team mit Euch eine Three Day Party, bis der Punk bricht als wäre Flanell noch immer der heißeste Scheiß, den man sich um die Hüften knoten kann.
